Welcome to Acts of Youth Theater Company! By becoming a member, you agree to the following conditions for payment:
Membership Rates:
- Individual Membership: $40 per month
- Family Membership: $75 per month (up to 4 family members)
Payment Method:
Payments for your membership should be made using one of the following methods:
- Automatic Credit Card Payment: Your membership dues will be automatically charged to your designated credit card on a monthly basis. You are responsible for ensuring that your credit card information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT): You may set up an Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) arrangement with us, which allows us to deduct your membership dues directly from your bank account on a monthly basis. Please provide us with the necessary bank account information for this option.
Please note that while we accept the following alternative payment methods, special arrangements need to be made to use them:
- CashApp
- Venmo
- PayPal
- Cash
- Check
To arrange for payments using these methods, please contact Matthew Rhine (Treasurer) via email at [email protected]. We will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with these payment options.
Payment Schedule:
Your membership dues will be due and payable on the same day each month, starting from the date of your initial membership registration. For example, if you join on the 10th of the month, your dues for subsequent months will be due on the 10th of each month.
Late Payments:
If your payment is not received by the due date, you will receive a notification to remedy the situation promptly. We understand that occasional issues may arise, so we encourage you to contact our billing department to discuss any concerns or to make alternative payment arrangements if necessary.
Cancellation of Membership:
You may cancel your membership at any time by providing written notice to our organization. Please note that membership dues are non-refundable, and if you choose to cancel, you will not be entitled to a refund for any portion of the month in which the cancellation occurs.
Changes to Membership Rates:
We reserve the right to modify the membership rates with advance notice to our members. Any changes to the rates will be communicated to you via email or other means at least 30 days before they go into effect.
